-Please make sure to double-check our size charts before ordering. Choose the size carefully during before you checkout to avoid errors. 

-Refunds are not given and returns are not offered. It is a rare occasion, but if there is any error on our part such as if the item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us at help@southernsmockedcompany.com to discuss the ways we can fix it.

-For Pre-order customers, pre-orders do take some time to arrive because each item is handmade to order, so we recommend that customers carefully choose the size that their child will be wearing after the time of the estimated shipping date. We do not offer size exchanges, returns, or give refunds for the item not fitting your child. You are welcome to contact us or visit the website to see if that item is available in another size. Of course we do not want the item to go to waste, so we recommend that you give the item as a gift or donate it to a child in need, or try to sell the item on the Southern Smocked Company Buy Sell Trade Facebook page.

-Once an item has been shipped, it is the responsibility of USPS to get your items to you and on time! USPS is responsible for any missing or lost packages. Please check your address prior to checkout to avoid shipping errors. Southern Smocked Company is not responsible for missing or lost packages or packages delivered to wrong addresses once it is in the hands of USPS. Refunds will not be given. We recommend contacting your local post office and neighbors to help you locate a missing package.

-If you need help locating the package during the tracking process, we are glad to help you by giving you a tracking update or tracking number.
